Transcendent Active wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to make a return or exchange. Please understand that if Transcendent Active is contacted after this time, we will not be able to offer the return.
All returns must be received in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition in original packaging materials. Items will be sent back and buyer will be charged if returned with stains, scents or signs of wear.
FREE Domestic Exchanges
In the event that you need a different size, first contact Transcendent Active by emailing email@example.com. Transcendent will send you a return slip FREE of charge. Please send your item back in the original packaging (no single use plastic here!) and once received, the new size will be mailed back. If the item is not received back within 2 weeks, the request will be voided.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for mailing the item back in the original packaging. Tracking numbers should be sent via email once the item is shipped back. Once the item is received in perfect condition in the original packaging, you will be refunded for your purchase.
We are only able to process returns for international orders. Please contact
within 2 weeks of receiving the item. We will request that you ship the item back to us and provide tracking for the package. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund for your purchase.
