Returns & Exchanges

Transcendent Active wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to make a return or exchange. Please understand that if Transcendent Active is contacted after this time, we will not be able to offer the return.
All returns must be received in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition in original packaging materials.  Items will be sent back and buyer will be charged if returned with stains, scents or signs of wear.

FREE Domestic Returns

When contacted, Transcendent Active will send you a return label and ask you to send the item back within 2 weeks of receiving the label.  If the item is not received back within 2 weeks, the request will be voided.  


We are only able to process returns for international orders.  Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item.  We will request that you ship the item back to us and provide tracking for the package.  Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund for your purchase. 

Important note

Transcendent Active must be notified before sending clothing back.  Non-authorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.  Email to receive return or exchange authorization.


All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.  However, pre-order's are NOT final sale.  If an item is marked down, it is final sale.  Merchandise purchased with coupon codes are NOT final sale.
